Returns & Exchanges

We want you to rock your new gear with confidence, but if you are not totally satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and autographed items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
